During the ceremony, General Terzano thanked the NRDC-ITA Commander, reflecting on a career period full of professional challenges and significant achievements. These accomplishments were made even more meaningful when considering the historical context and challenges faced by NRDC-ITA Staff however under the guidance of General Terzano they achieved all of their objectives as team.
In his address, General D’Addario highlighted the commitment of the Command, expressing sincere appreciation for the results achieved, which were the fruit of the enthusiasm and determination with which the men and women of the Corps and its subordinate units carried out all activities.
