NRDC-ITA Success at Steadfast Cobalt 25B. Allied Reaction Force Fully Mission Ready

The second Steadfast Cobalt event of 2025 concluded with great success for NATO’s Rapid Deployable Corps Italy (NRDC-ITA) in its role as Allied Reaction Force (ARF).

This key NATO exercise, focused on Communications and Information Systems (CIS) interoperability, further advanced the development of the new Mission Network, with the ARF at the center of this technological progress.

The autumn phase concentrated on testing new connections and exchanges between contributing nations, strengthening the CIS network across the Alliance. As a result, the ARF now enjoys greater flexibility to fulfill its rapid reaction mission while also paving the way for continued NATO-wide CIS improvements into 2026.
