NRDC-ITA Conducts ARF Monthly Study Day and ROC Drill in Support of Steadfast Dart 26

Solbiate Olona, Italy, 14–15 January 2026 – The NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Italy (NRDC-ITA), acting as the Allied Reaction Force (ARF) Command, conducted a two-day Monthly Study Day and ROC Drill focused on Command and Control (C2) activities in support of Exercise Steadfast Dart 26.

The activities were designed to update and validate operational procedures and to further refine planning processes in preparation for upcoming Mission Rehearsals. Particular emphasis was placed on the employment of Command and Control systems and enabling technologies, reaffirming NRDC-ITA’s role as a training and integration hub for ARF personnel, including representatives from ARF component commands.

Concurrently with the commencement of the ARF deployment to Germany in the framework of Steadfast Dart 2026, ARF Headquarters staff, together with component command representatives, conducted a detailed ROC Drill. The activity simulated and verified the execution of operational tasks at all levels, ensuring coherence, readiness, and alignment in support of the Mission Rehearsal.
